To develop business with existing and new key accounts through professional sales activities in specific area to achieve the order intake target and key client developing target in the following aspects
• Manage Regional Key Accounts
• Build and Strengthen Relationships
• Analyze and Share Supply Chain Insights
• Identify Business Opportunities and Coordinate Resources
• Prepare Sales Reports and Documentation
• Participate in Meetings
• Gather Market Insights
• Support Cross-Regional Sales
1. First year to learn with a senior sale and assist him/her to meet the sales target and create new opportunities and meet personal sales target as established.
2. Plan, prepare, maintain and evaluate customer contacts.
3. Report results of customer and past & future activities to supervisor on a regular basis.
4. Build contacts with customer and identify and influence decision makers / opinion leaders.
5. Build contacts with consultancy and technical bureaus to obtain best possible support, within his/her geographical area of responsibility.
6. Monitor and observe markets (competitors, customer needs, etc.).
7. Coordinate internal and external communication.
8. Coordinate sales and services activities with internal and external organizations where related to customers in his/her geographical area of responsibility.
9. Promote and plan customized BV service proposals for different kinds of client.
10. Ensure consultative sales (supported by services).
11. Help developing and possibly implementing sales-stimulating activities (for example direct mail, advertisement, telemarketing, seminars and conventions).
12. Support the development of existing sales information systems as well as sales information.
13. Other tasks assigned by the company
● Manage the day-to-day activities of the programme of projects, and be the on- site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or the Client.
● Manage and Monitor construction works, BIM program and accomplishment.
● Oversee coordination between contractors. (Approval of RFI’s, RFA’s, submittals, drawings, samples and mock-ups)
● Write proposals for quality documents such as ITR/FAT/SAT
● Carry out quality inspection work
● Fill in/make relevant quality inspection records or reports
● OC & NCR document sorting and reply
● Provide quality documents for weekly and monthly meetings and attend meetings together
● Attend relevant quality discussions & audit meetings of owners/partners
● Coach/compile quality documents submitted by collaborators
● Have good communication and interaction with owners and contractors
● Be the client’s representative with primary responsibility for all project phases
● Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
● Oversee due diligence and contractor works while monitoring cost, schedule, and scope throughout the project lifecycle
1. Perform audits and document review on-site and off-site according to documented procedures;
2. Maintain and improve own auditor/expert qualification;
3. Support sales activities in technical issues.
