Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Lead the engineering team, including site engineers and coordinators, ensuring effective execution
統籌各案場的進度、品質、安全、工班與材料安排
Oversee scheduling, quality, safety, labor, and material logistics for multiple projects
協調設計、採購與工廠部門,整合現場需求與施工時程
Coordinate with design, procurement, and factory teams to align field execution
追蹤專案進度與成本控制,提供高層決策支援報表
Monitor project performance and provide timely reporting to management
建立與優化工務標準作業流程(SOP)與技術管理制度
Develop and implement engineering SOPs and field management systems
協助新進工程人員訓練、制度導入與團隊文化建構
Mentor junior engineers and support team onboarding and training
協助業主、設計單位、監造單位進行技術溝通與現場會議
Represent the company in technical coordination meetings with clients and consultants

Experienced in curtain wall or façade installation workflows and QC

必要條件|Required Skills
至少5年以上帷幕牆/營建/金屬工程相關經驗,3年以上團隊管理經驗
5+ years in facade/construction projects, with 3+ years in a leadership role
熟悉AutoCAD、施工圖、材料與安裝系統邏輯
Proficient in interpreting shop drawings, material specs, and installation sequences
具備工程排程管理能力(MS Project/Excel/甘特圖排程)
Familiar with scheduling tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar)
能撰寫技術會議紀錄、工作報表與進度控管資料
Able to generate technical reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates
大學以上理工背景(土木、建築、營建、機械等相關系所)
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering-related fields (civil, architecture, etc.)
