Serve as a key member of the design team, responsible for project management as well as the development and coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems on construction projects. This position requires collaboration with the firm’s project team members (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems designers and engineers), along with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors. Responsibilities include identifying project needs, developing engineering concepts, presenting options and recommendations, and ensuring project requirements are met.
This role also involves project management tasks such as coordinating workflows and deliverables, and mentoring junior staff. Professionalism, technical knowledge, and a trustworthy presence are essential.
【工作內容】
Apply strong technical design skills to deliver accurate and timely project documents. Support project requirements through client interaction, field investigations, basis-of-design narratives, development of mechanical/plumbing construction documents that comply with applicable codes and standards, review of submittals, and support through construction completion. Responsibilities include:
• Design projects in Revit and AutoCAD in compliance with Taiwan and/or U.S. city, state, and national building codes, owner standards, and industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, LEED, etc.).
• Provide design direction and effectively delegate work to production support staff.
• Take a leadership role in mentoring and sharing knowledge with design staff.
• Meet with and interact with clients and project stakeholders.
• Communicate with manufacturers and contractors to stay current with the latest mechanical and plumbing systems technologies.
• Coordinate and perform construction administration tasks, internally and externally, to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Strong expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems design. The following represent the minimum required knowledge and skills:
• Trane Trace load calculations
• HVAC system equipment layouts
• Understanding of HVAC controls
• Plumbing system equipment, piping layouts, and fixtures
• Proficiency in current versions of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
• Ability to apply logic, reasoning, and organizational skills to translate concepts into deliverables.
• Working knowledge of COMcheck and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, OneNote, Word, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure.
