Role Summary:
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. This role involves developing and executing strategic business development initiatives, while proactively building and sustaining long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve both short-term wins and long-term growth targets.
-Proactively identify and assess emerging opportunities by understanding the evolving needs of clients, customers, and patients, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline aligned with financial goals.
-Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
-Lead cross-functional teams through the full business development lifecycle—including due diligence, contract negotiation, client onboarding, and relationship management.
-Streamline business development processes and foster collaboration across departments to enhance deal execution efficiency and overall effectiveness.

本職位結合專案管理與技術型售前角色,您將主導AI平台與客製化導入專案的完整執行流程。此角色不僅需具備專案管理與跨部門協調能力,亦需具備基礎的技術理解與溝通能力,能與研發團隊就 API、LLM 模型、部署環境等進行有效對接,確保產品與需求能夠順利落地。
[需求整合與跨團隊協作]
1.與業務、產品與技術團隊協作,釐清高階需求與產業情境,統整成具執行性的交付規格與技術目標。
2.評估產品落差與技術可行性,確保模型、API、部署架構等環節具一致性與擴充彈性。
3.理解 LLM、RAG、Prompt Engineering等核心技術趨勢,並具備轉譯為業務應用場景的能力。
4.支援行銷、市場推廣、經銷商培訓與開發者活動(如Hackathon、Demo Day),強化專案前中後期的技術說明與實務導入經驗分享。
[專案規劃與立案管理]
1.執行開案評估流程,確立資源配置、風險應對機制及驗收標準,為專案啟動奠定明確框架。
2.撰寫與維護專案核心文件(SOW、Milestone 時程表、成果準則等),確保利害關係人對執行內容具高度共識。
3.與產品經理合作,讓團隊在專案導入過程中能更順暢協作、避免出現溝通落差。
4.整體負責專案交付驗收作業,涵蓋模型測試、GUI與API之功能驗證與操作文件彙整,確保最終交付成果具備實用性、穩定性與商業可行性。
5.綜整客戶實際操作經驗、系統部署挑戰與模型效能數據,轉化為具策略性且可執行的洞察與建議,作為產品迭代與技術精進的重要依據。
6.協助建立跨專案經驗共用與資源重用,強化團隊整體交付成熟度。
【Essential Qualifications】
1.大學以上學歷,理工學院相關科系,資訊管理尤佳。
2.至少 3 年以上專案管理經驗,具 SaaS / AI 導入或 SI 整合專案管理背景佳。
3.熟悉 RESTful API 概念與 JSON 結構,具備技術文件理解與簡易串接測試能力。
4.對 LLM、深度學習、Prompt Engineering 有基本理解,能與 PM / RD 進行有效技術協調。
5.良好的書面與口語能力,能獨立處理客戶與內部跨部門溝通。
