We're seeking passionate and skilled Business Management Support Specialist for our Investment Products & Advisory Department to build an efficient, seamless wealth management transaction experience with us. Your role will involve navigating dynamic market demands, delivering precise quotes and rapid inquiry responses, to ensure flawless execution. You'll also fortify our operations through essential BAU tasks, acting as a pivotal driver of our business. We eagerly welcome individuals with experience in Branch Financial Services or Wealth Management Operations to become a key part of our team!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficiency, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of daily operations.
2. Control and manage time effectively and support teamwork.
3. Collaborate with Project Manager to support and enhance procedures for joint targets, such as new initiative projects and campaigns.
4. Support the Product team in monitoring risks, corporate action events, launches, and promotions, and ensure timely compliance with local and regional guidelines.
5. Maintain and provide analysis reports, regulatory reports, and customer advice.
6. Adhere to all relevant external regulatory and internal compliance requirement.

【Requirements】
-Familiar with Telemarketing, Dialer, Telephony, Credit Card, Person Loan domain knowledge
-Minimum 2 years’experience in Banking PA or Sales Support
-Learn fast and be able to work under high pressure with high EQ. Possess great problem-solving skills and strong sense of accountability.
-Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
-Strong technical skills and understanding of project management methodologies
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

【工作內容】
1. Perform the order placement verification for daily transaction include Subscription / Redemption / Switch
執行日常交易的下單驗證,包括申購/贖回/轉換。
2. Perform reconciliation and distribution processes for Trust product corporate actions such as dividends, mergers, and liquidations
執行信託產品公司行動(例如股息、合併和清算)的核對和分配流程。
3. Perform settlement processes verification with the upstream, including onshore and offshore settlements
與上游執行結算流程驗證,包括境內和境外結算。
4. Perform Corporation event handling including merge/split/liquidation etc.

5. Prepare regulatory reporting data of FSC/TA/CBC reporting.

1.Process daily movements of customers’ deposit accounts and the related GL accounting booking and end-day balancing.
2.Process outward and incoming funds transfer via IBRS and ACH.
3.Process foreign currency inward remittance related activities
4.Process incoming and outgoing checks for clearing or on collection basis.
5.Verification / identification of required documents for new account opening
6.Maintain account information update in due course.
7.Prepare regulatory reporting
8.Prepare weekly CTR to the Investigation Bureau, Ministry of Justice
9.Handle the certificate of Account Balance and CPA confirmation
10.Handle the issuance of Cashier’s Check/ Bank of Taiwan’s check.
11.Handle the requests received from court or relevant government organization
12.Backup to process funds transfer in CBC’s Interbank Funds Transfer system
13.Back up Head, Cash Operations Dept. and/or Remittance Supervisor / Trade / Loans Officer whenever need
14.Alternative Custodian vault for cash and accountable forms
15.To Take any special or additional responsibilities as assigned by Department Head
16.Any other duties assigned in addition to the above or on ad-hoc basis
Job Summary:
The Credit Card Portfolio Instalment Product Specialist will play a vital role in developing and managing the instalment product offerings for our credit card portfolio, ensuring a competitive and attractive proposition for our cardholders. This role requires strong product management skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Development: Develop and implement the product strategy for credit card instalment plans, including features, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of instalment products, from conception and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Negotiate favorable terms and ensure smooth collaboration for product execution.
• Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption, customer satisfaction, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the instalment product market.
• Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups with tailored instalment product offerings.
• Product Communication & Marketing: Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote instalment products to potential customers.
Deliver the E2E WRB High-Net-Worth Client Onboarding services, with a focus to provide superior client experience under standard process/operating model, and adequate controls and governance at country.
• Collaborate with business teams/control partners supported with robust technology solutions to achieve best-in-class HNW E2E Client Onboarding Experience (incl. origination, CDD & account setup)
• Work with business/operation leadership team and consult with Group CoEs, to manage/provide cross-functional, cross-process outcomes.
