1.合成樹脂/丙烯酸樹脂/功能性聚酯類研究、評估分析、測試，並協助分析材料物質粹取等。 2.優化製程並協助製程異常改善及追蹤、製品品質管制。 3.化學反應槽機台操作、儀器分析與化學檢測。 4.化學實驗紀錄及所有試驗過程管理。

1. 參與產品的研發與改良，特別專注於有機材料（以液態與固態矽膠為主）的應用。 2. 負責新材料與新製程的開發，以及現有材料與製程的優化，確保產品品質與生產效率。 3. 與跨部門團隊協作，支持產品從概念開發到大規模生產的轉化。 4. 進行材料（含元件）特性分析，撰寫技術報告並提出改善建議。
