一、數位品牌及顧客經營
• 產品網站管理、
• 自媒體內容撰寫與製作(Instagram/Facebook/Line官方帳號/電子報)
• 提升數位顧客互動與黏著度。
二、數位產品行銷企劃
• 制定並執行行銷策略
• 活動策劃、廣宣投放策略社群操作、廣宣素材的規劃與製作等。
• 執行數位廣告投放、
三、異業合作
• 邀約部落客或異業合作對象,執行相關溝通並維護合作關係。
• 定期觀測和評估行銷活動的成效
• 發掘問題並持續優化策略,建立數位品牌聲量。
• 具備出色的溝通協調能力,能與專案夥伴合作,協調資源,掌控進度與品質,讓產品如期如質上線。
四、工作中的主管交辦臨時性事項
Job Responsibilities:
1. Digital Brand and Customer Management
- Product website management.
- Self-media content writing and production (Instagram, Facebook, Line Official
Account, newsletters).
- Enhance digital customer interaction and engagement.
2. Digital Product Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Event planning, promotional campaign strategies, social media management, and
creation of promotional materials.
- Execute digital advertising campaigns.
3. Cross-Industry Collaboration
- Invite bloggers or potential cross-industry partners, communicate and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Identify issues and continuously optimize strategies to build digital brand
awareness.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with
project partners, coordinate resources, manage schedules, and ensure products
are launched on time and with quality.
