Job Description
1.Overseas subsidiary financial accounting and audit.
2.Conduct various financial analyses and prepare reports for senior management.
3.Review, analyze, and track data for auditing by accountants.
4.Provide and analyze management accounting information required for other managerial decisions.
5.Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to effectively implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
6.Conduct periodic on-site audits and reviews at each subsidiary every fiscal year.

• Deliver timely and accurate client reports, presentations, and customized analyses.
• Consolidate and analyze data across equities, funds, and ETFs using advanced tools (Excel VBA, SQL, Bloomberg, Python).
• Partner with cross-functional teams (investment, operations, compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Contribute to global and regional projects, driving improvements and innovation.
• Enhance reporting processes with automation and efficiency initiatives.
【What we’re looking for】
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in asset management, financial services, or professional services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator – able to explain technical insights to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel VBA, PowerPoint, Word); SQL, Python, or data visualization tools are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of fund accounting and portfolio performance measurement (GIPS standards) is an advantage.

Position Summary:
We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations professional talent in supporting the company’s planned IPO in the U.S. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and executing IPO-related communications, working with Finance Department, supporting capital markets engagement and managing investor materials.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure a successful IPO and build a best-in-class investor relations function.
Main jobs:
-Preparation of IR materials, attending investor conference calls, contributing to PR communication
-Creation and maintenance of financial models
-Build and expand a network of buy side contacts in the US/EU/UK and Asia
-Preparation of the materials for the Prospectus and regular financial releases
-Liaising with Finance Department regarding the U.S. regulatory review and requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; CPA or CFA is plus.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or related field.
Prior experience supporting a U.S. IPO or SEC disclosure process (e.g., Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q) is highly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to simplify complex financial and technical topics.
