1. Responsible for process design and development for new product, and contact with customer as technical window person.
2. In charge of the NPI phase process assessment, identify the critical points with potential risk for future mass production.
3. Lead the new & critical process development, drive the cross team to follow the process qualification procedure and ensure implementation.
4. Involve in the new product functional evaluation, and provide the positive support from assembly process points of view.
5. Responsible the new process validation with DOE plan definition, including of the related documentation management.
6. Support the production line to solve the critical issue during the mass production trail running.
7. Keep the effective communication with customer; ensure the customer audit smoothly as plan.
8. Take part in the continuous improvement on assembly process, to enhance the efficiency.

Responsibilities & Authorities:
• Provide quality assurance support throughout product development and pilot build phases, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations.
• Review and approve design-related documentation, including specifications, verification/validation protocols, and reports.
• Participate in design transfer activities, ensuring quality requirements are met during transition from development to manufacturing.
• Coordinate and manage change control processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and traceability.
• Support investigation and resolution of product-related issues, including customer complaints and RMA cases, in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Review and approve deviations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and nonconformance reports related to development and pilot production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality perspectives are integrated into product development decisions.
• Conduct gap analysis of existing procedures and support updates to align with current standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
• Assist in supplier evaluation and tool validation activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned to support quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition – Group Level (50%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for group-level positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with talent needs.
• Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and efficient process management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote Apache Footwear Group as an employer of choice.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.
2. Executive Support to CHRO (35%)
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items and follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.
• Support the CHRO in tracking strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
3. HR Operations – Singapore Office (15%)
• Support daily HR operations, including maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation as required.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident(SC or PR).
