Corporate Governance & Business Operations Support - Assist with routine corporate governance processes (not subject to listing regulations), including board/shareholder meeting documentation and coordination. - Coordinate with stakeholders on company registration and regulatory filings across Taiwan and overseas (e.g., business registration, shareholder register updates, investment declarations, etc.). - Maintain and organize legal and corporate records in coordination with internal and external teams (e.g., external agents, law firms, secretarial service providers). 2.
