Role and responsibilities For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost. Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines. -Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution -Monitoring of worldwide shipments  -Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes -Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review -Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML -This position requires shift work. 1.以集團角度進行危害風險評估，分析危害作業因子，提出及實施預防管理計畫，督導各單位落實工安規範準則 2.負責集團之環境安全衛生管理規劃與總體規畫指導，建立標準流程與監控制度，必要時提供技術支援與輔導。 3.規劃、導入並持續改善ISO 45001環安衛管理系統，並與國際法規接軌。 4.參與公司新開發工程案事前風險評估，並提出EHS策略與專案配置建議。 5.透過稽核檢驗機制，確保專案執行之職業安全、消防、危害辨識、設備設施風控、承攬商安全管理等事項執行狀況。 6.定期主持跨部門EHS審查會議與異常事件檢討，並主導重大異常工安改善專案與內外部查核應對之審查。 7.代表公司與海外當地業主／監造／顧問公司／政府機關進行環安衛事務之專業溝通與文件往返。 8.支援公司EHS人才培育計畫，規劃內部訓練機制與高潛力人員指導與認證輔導。 9.處理公司指派之國內外專案，含前期風險偵測、法規分析、廠務導入及驗收陪審。
