• Define and design PCB test fixtures to support mechanical and electrical validation of high-speed backplane connectors.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical and SI engineers (Taiwan & U.S.) to ensure fixture designs to align on layout, mechanical dimension and system-level considerations.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of Allegro Symbols for internal and customer use.
• Communicate with PCB vendors for fabrication details, DFM guidance, stackup constraints and impedance requirements.
• Gather and interpret vendor feedback to optimize the design and relay critical information to internal mechanical or SI engineers for final design alignment.
• Ensure designs comply with press-fit mechanical tolerances, PCB manufacturing standards, and high-speed layout rules.
• Maintain version control, revision tracking, and organized documentation for symbol and layout design assets.

• Familiarity with Cadence Allegro is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Cam350 is a plus
