Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector. Leveraging your industry background, professional network, and deal-closing ability, you will introduce and promote our scanning solutions to potential partners and enterprise customers for potential projects opportunities in the global market.
This is a commission-based role, ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and converting opportunities into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through your existing network and market knowledge.
- Explore business opportunities with system integrators, equipment manufacturers, and enterprise clients.
- Present product solutions and demonstrate their value in industrial automation applications.
- Drive deal negotiations and follow up until closure.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide market feedback to support product positioning and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in business development or outside sales, preferably in industrial automation (IPC, AOI, machine vision, or related).
- Network: Established connections with target customers or related industries.
- Sales Ability: Proven capability to close deals and deliver results through direct customer engagement.
- Education: Engineering or technical degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Personality: Self-driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Compensation: 100% commission-based, high earning potential based on deal success.
Region: North America
1. Reply RFQ and RFP. Provide the quotation to customer.
2. Work and monitor with internal team for NPI project and follow up with customers to manage risks.
3. Monitor PO, forecast and communicate with customers if there is any abnormal demand.
4. Maintain and solve problems for ongoing projects.
5. Work with RD, Sourcer and PM for cost reduction programs and review GP on a monthly basis.
Domain focused on Gaming industry, responsible for branding products and ODM projects, key account business development.
- Responsible for Gaming PC Product Planning, board level and System level.
- Gaming product and oversea project management from NPI to EOL
- RFQ and Proposal Responsibly, respond to new RFQs from clients, develop and submit proposals to win new business with Sales.
- Leading the team with administrative tasks to products and projects developed with the need to achieve team and business goals.
- Defination product spec and handle project architecture to discuss with hardware and software RD team.
- Cross region Key account projects support and relationship maintenance.

Responsible for the Japan market
- Prepare and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
- Manage project quotations, including cost maintenance and negotiation.
- Lead the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for existing projects.
- Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and manage customer claims.
- Monitor purchase orders and forecasts; proactively communicate with customers regarding any irregular demands.
- Oversee engineering change (EC) processes, manage rework costs, and handle excess and obsolete materials.
