1. Sales contact window for OBU US branch
2. Well experienced in handling sales/order fulfillment and operation in ERP (create/maintain customer data base, quote, PI, shipment...)
3. Manage RFQ/RFI from US branch by coordinating with HQ related dept.
4. Manage new projects instroduction (NPI) (sample shipping/ quote...) and sustain the old projects (ordering, shipment...)
5. Work cross functional teams for business related activities or resolving issues to support US branch
6. Execute the supervisors' assigned tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Industrial PC BDM, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Industrial PC and Embedded PC related industries, such as Automation, Energy and Utilities, Healthcare, Retail, and Transportation industries. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
1. Apply Ariba PR & PMMS STO/retrofit/write-off, and track the delivery schedule for RD samples.
2. Coordinate with PM & RD to store in and out the engineering samples from warehouse.
3. RD engineering sample shipping arrangement (Domestic/ Foreign)
4. Track and push EC to be completed.
5. Tracking manufacturing site s sample delivery to customers.
6. NPI Spot Buy request summarize.
7. NPI Aging inventory report summarize.
8. Maintain PjM team list ; manage PjM department assets & Admin tasks
