This position is for a Senior Operations Specialist located in Japan, responsible for supporting operational execution and client coordination in the Japan market. The role requires strong language skills and hands-on experience in logistics, SAP, and demand fulfillment to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations with Japanese clients.
• Act as the primary operations contact for Japanese clients.

Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

・Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, with responsibilities including but not limited to understanding customer needs, negotiation to maximize profit, communication management, regular reports and meeting
・Lead the process of making proposal to the headquarter and following up on related operative tasks, such as cost management and process improvement
・Manage the sales team and inter-departmental communication
Included the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
-Identify and define “ Fujitsu “customer demands, work with internal team to deliver solutions to meet highest customer satisfaction with quality result.
-Approach and develop large enterprise direct account - Fujitsu, Telco & E-Commerce, Data center / Cloud Service , HPC and related business opportunities to promote Supermicro Total solution.
-Create the quality pipelines with eco-system partners and promote company’s products/solution/services proactively.
-Build-up and maintain long-term partnership and relationships with existing and new customers.
-Weekly update the progress and support needed.
1. Develop and maintain overall technical relationships with customers.
2. Communicate between customers and internal engineers to support business growth.
3. Visit customers frequently to help design products with high performance and low cost recommendations. Secure design wins and provides customer feedback to internal teams.
4. Work with the quality team (QE) and address quality issues locally.
5. Conduct testing to replicate failure, inspect product and perform preliminary failure analysis upon request.
6. Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries
7. Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of Prepare materials and participate in product presentations
8. Assist with the development and growth of our company and engineering resources.
9.Some travel will be required.
10.Handle any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
