A Snapshot of Your Day As Digitalization Engineer you will integrate digital tools into our power plant and help leveraging data to improve the profitability of the power plant. Your work also involves some coding in Python, usage of machine learning and artificial intelligence. How You’ll Make an Impact -You will integrate our Siemens Energy Asset Management System into our power plant. -You will incorporate the existing plant instrumentation into the Asset Management System and add new instruments or tools if required. -You will work closely together with the power plants’ teams to engineer their requirements into the system by either new coding or consulting with the developer. -You will work together with different teams from the Siemens Energy organization to share your know-how and further develop the company’s digital technology, such as machine learning, image recognition, remote operation, etc. What You Bring -The foundation of your success is a degree in Information Technology or Electronics, or equivalent. -You have basic knowledge about field instrumentation. -You have skills in Python, data extracting, processing and visualization. -It is nice if you have experience using artificial technology and machine learning. -It is nice if you have IT experience working with clouds, and servers. -You score with good communication skills, as well as solid organizational skills including attention to detail. -Good written and spoken English is a must, knowledge of Mandarin language is appreciated.
