Business Development Manager (Web3 & Gaming)
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and expanding Web3 business opportunities while driving adoption of our Web3 gaming platform. This role involves client relationship management, product presentations, contract negotiations, and product delivery.
We welcome candidates from all regions, with preference given to those fluent in either Chinese or English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition
Identify and develop new clients through online channels and offline industry events.
2. Client Management & Pre-Sales
Manage client needs and track contracts.
Assist product managers in responding to potential clients' product inquiries.
3. Sales Execution
Support client managers in tracking product progress.
Provide product training and ensure product acceptance before final delivery.
4. Post-Sales Support
Regularly analyze and maintain client data.
Update and manage the client database, generate reports, and communicate ongoing client needs.
5. Strategic Partnerships
Develop strategic partnership plans to expand the Web3 gaming ecosystem.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with game studios, blockchain projects, and other industry partners.
6. Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product materials in English & Chinese align with the latest updates.
Assist in event planning and brand exposure during industry conferences and exhibitions.
Work with legal and administrative teams to ensure business development strategies comply with local regulations in key target markets.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of business development experience in Web3 or gaming industries.
Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, NFTs, and finance, with relevant industry experience or network connections.
Ability to work across departments with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems or a basic understanding of client relationship management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience working at advertising agencies, B2B brand marketing, or blockchain gaming projects.
Prior experience in cross-industry collaborations, partnerships, or co-branding within blockchain, Web3, NFT, or gaming sectors.
