Ensure RFQ compliance to internal policy and process requirements. 7. Coordinate with different factories for proper equipment/solution offering. 8. Perform detailed cost analysis based on target price and/or bid competitiveness and value proposition. 9. Secure tender approval issue approved tender to opportunity leader within SLA. 10. Manage bid clarifications and coordinate with different SME to ensure closing of clarification points on time.
