【Position Overview】
We are seeking a System Integration Engineer to lead the planning and implementation of ERP and related operational systems for a leading international company in the offshore wind and infrastructure sector. This role focuses on cross-system integration, data exchange, process optimization, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and governance. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms.
【Key Responsibility】
• Drive the integration and optimization of ERP and related operational systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, IBM Maximo).
• Set up and manage FTP/SFTP file transfer processes and maintain data exchange formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and scheduled tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Batch Script to streamline workflows.
• Plan, design, and maintain databases and network systems to ensure stable operations.
• Manage ERP import/export interfaces, perform data transformation and migration, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals to support knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, HSE, etc.) and software vendors for cross-departmental integration and process improvement.
• Participate in system implementation and testing, propose optimization recommendations, and support governance framework establishment.
• Prepare reports and presentations to assist management decision-making and promote corporate governance standardization.
【Qualifications】
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in system integration, ERP implementation, or relevant IT projects.
• Proficient in FTP/SFTP, CSV/XML/JSON, and familiar with API/EDI integration.
• Knowledge of ERP architecture, cross-system onboarding, or system data exchange.
• Practical skills in SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Batch Script; experience with Linux/Windows Server automation is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, capable of managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Intermediate proficiency in English is acceptable.
