Your Profile: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in HR operations, talent management, or organizational development. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across different departments and levels. 4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and strategic thinking. 5. Able to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. 6. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following): - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidate fit, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. - Employee Relations & Engagement Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture through communication initiatives and engagement programs. - Learning & Development Identify training needs and design learning plans that enhance both organizational and individual capabilities. Oversee onboarding, professional development, and leadership training programs. - Performance & Talent Management Coordinate and continuously improve the company's performance management process. Partner with management to ensure performance outcomes are linked to development and succession planning. - Policy, Compliance & HR Projects Ensure HR policies are compliant with Labor Standards Act and company governance. Lead or participate in HR projects related to process improvement, system implementation, or organizational development.
