- 負責內勤業務接洽,提供客戶即時產品報價、商品規格諮詢、銷售訂單處理、商品出貨/
收貨安排等業務銷售作業
- 可獨立與客戶溝通、維護客戶關係。 與QA聯繫處理客訴,必即時完成RMA
- 透過電話、Email、採購網等管道聯繫潛在客戶,協助初步開發與需求訪談
- 專案文件之整理,建檔以及追蹤,於有效時間內回覆顧客信件
- 負責部門相關文件之整理,資料建檔與銷售相關文件製作與管理
- 定期追蹤客戶付款進度;協助財務部門提供必要的付款證明、收款資訊與帳務整理
- 主管交辦事項執行
