ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate the development of CMPT process applications and technology to fulfill the emerging needs in semiconductor fabrication.
• Own the role of maximizing the performance merits of CMPT products through application engineering to achieve the desired business goals with well understanding of CMPT existing and emerging product portfolio.
• In partnership with marketing, sales, and field service team for CMPT product/technology introductions and real-time technical discussion with customers for troubleshooting during engagement process.
• Capable of driving for excellence in providing precise and efficient application expertise to support engagements and facilitate the development of new methodology and metrology at internal lab to enhance the overall capability.
• Own the technical training and sharing to internal organizations to demonstrate product stewardship and provide technical insights to internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master's degree or above in Engineering or science related.
• Minimal 3 years' experience in semiconductor related CMP applications.
• Fluent language skill in English to provide effective communications across the board.
• Demonstrated ability in interpersonal skill and self-motivated capability to work independently.
• Good oriental and prioritizing skill in project management with sense of urgency to meet the commitments.
• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of experiment design and data analysis using six-sigma concept is a plus.
• Frequent Travel within Taiwan and APR region is expected.
Job Summary:
The primary function of this role is to sell Digital Oscilloscope of the company’s products in Taiwan and assume responsible for development of new accounts as well as expanding existing accounts within the assigned territory. Further, the Sales engineer contributes to creating awareness of and demand for company products. This will require a strong focus on customer success, and the ability to understand customer needs then match them with appropriate technical solutions from the company's product line.
Detailed Description:
• Pro-actively identify new prospects in defined market.
• Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other aspects of the product and understand customer needs in terms of deliverable and manage expectations on the customer and sales side
• Develop and deliver Product/ Solution presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects based on product, technology, and market knowledge related to defined markets.
• Technical Support Work for low speed serial Bus, Low End scope include product training
• Work with product manager and field application engineer to interpret customer requirements and delivers solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind as well as identify new customer applications and matching them to our product offerings
• Participate in tradeshows and conferences as directed by management.
• Target area: Hsinchu and south areas
• The company fully subsidizes parking fees and fuel costs for visiting customers
Requirements:
• BSEE, BSP, BSAP degree or equivalent. Professional selling skills training and Driver license, own vehicle.
• Proven sales skills in complex sales environment with high focus on results. Having a strong ability to quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple, effective terms.
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate a wide range of internal and external environments. Being a strong networker who can reach out to customers and clients to offer support and assistance.
• Possess very good time management skills with a willingness to travel and devote long hours to challenging sales projects.
• Very good English language skills are required, ability to work in a wide range of software programs that support our business (Excel, SalesForce, PowerPoint, etc.)
• 5+ years of industry selling experience.

1.Sales
-Support Sales in daily sales administration functions.
-Provide data and guides to help the sales and manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
-Handle customers enquire including phone call and administer RFQs work closely with operations and agents to ensure progress on track.
-Suggest sales process improvements and stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
2.Customer
-Maintain and solidify business relationships with the customers and their vendors.
-Understand customer’s needs in contract logistics and suggest corresponding solutions.
-Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
3.Operation
-Monitor the operation service quality ensure fulfil the requirement of the customers.
-Collaborate with operations to implement solutions to the customers.
-Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
-Conduct customer visits when required.
4.AR monitoring
5.Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
