Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)

1. Oversee the production and assembly of lithium battery packs.
2. Bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing processes, refining product structure designs to meet mass production requirements.
3. Ensure the production, assembly, testing, and quality management processes of lithium battery packs adhere to quality standards and customer inspection specifications.
4. Analyze quality issues during production, identify root causes, provide feedback to process or design engineers, offer technical support for production, and ensure product quality.
5. Conduct statistical analysis of defective data from the production line, quantify quality issues, and implement effective control measures and improvements.
6. Participate in the research and development of new products, introduce new materials and technologies, and resolve process technology issues during trial production, including process improvement and optimization.
7. Produce process documents, SOPs, DFMEAs, specifications, and inspection standards.
8. Analyze new process information, set process improvement goals, and drive implementation.
