Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Job Summary: Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Inspection, Supplier development programs and resolving quality related concerns
Essential Job Duties:
• Work with Global Sourcing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and those appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Aide Global Sourcing in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier, product following a defined new product part approval process.
• Participate on definition of product specifications, technical, quality & packaging requirement with Global Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, & Supplier.
• Approve new products as a result from strategic sourcing activities by applying APQP and PPAP standards.
• Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances
• Develop & implement Supplier development programs with short / long term goals.
• Perform supplier audits, shipment audits and maintain all quality records.
• Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Supplier OTD (Past due) & Defect returns
• Liaison between customer service team and suppliers in resolving product, quality related queries
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
1. Drives for functional performance results in continuously increase product quality and create a sanitation & food safety plant.
2. Ensures all the quality policies executed by complying with the PI Quality Assurance System.
3. Comply with the AMEA food safety policy by executing GMP/HACCP/Allergen /EMP and AIB program.
4. Conduct food safety training program for existed and new employees in plant.
5. Conduct SQA audit on food safet y to ensure RM vendor and Co-Man system comply with Amea policies.
6. Work with Production and Engineering team to improve hardware reinforcement, develop work SOP and training to lower work injury case.
7. GCS: perform as a control owner of I2C/P2P process responsible for executing the assigned key controls.

-規劃並執行供應商至產線的物料交付流程,確保時效。
-依需求確認物料交期 (ETD/ETA),並配合工單發料。
-追蹤物料庫存,管理呆滯料並進行改善,避免資源閒置。
-即時掌握物料供應狀況,確保工單順利進行。
-協調供應商提前交貨,支援生產需求。
- Maintain & utilize MRP & IT systems that are in place and ensure that data is accurate and resolve any issues that required.
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
- Material delivery date sponsor, confirm ETD/ETA date within requested lead time
- Raw Materials goods issued to Work Order
- Material inventory monitoring and slow moving management, trouble shooting and debottleneck, act as coordinator to achieve no major idle or slow moving materials
- Monitoring material supply status to make sure Work Order smoothly running
- Pull-in materials from suppliers to meet production need
