Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
Leading Delhi Creation Center, which plays an important role between Adidas and the factory. You manage quick responses, timeline scheduling, and product development, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution to support the Adidas India team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Product:
•Is aware of adidas brand mission, clients focus and market trend
•Works with suppliers in continuous upgrades tech and provide the latest catalog of each season based on our price range
•Provide the proper suggestion and feedback during product range brief
Operations:
•Ensures development procedures are executed according to the development calendar to allow sample and go to commercialization on time
•Understands and implements adidas domestic / international development policy
•Has a good understanding of price range / FOB structure to hit adidas MKT’s TFOB and goes through on product design
•Explores local suppliers for completed supplier chain for LT shorten and competitive price build-up.
•Has a good understanding of supplier on raw material, material & component price, delivery time, capacity to ensure the sample delivery timeline
•Ensures samples are met timelines while any compromising (quality, execution)
•Ensures all design packages from designer to relevant team /adidas are thoroughly transfer and clearly
•Involved purchasing/developer/pattern/treatment/tech/sample room are familiar with product design and share feedback at first time to avoid issue come to production and ensures the product design is feasible to the production
•Ensures that all necessary information has been received from adidas MKT and pass to team clearly from range brief
•Ensures smooth transfer from development to commercialization as exact BOM, MCS and test reports for supporting
•Has a clear understanding on all project and sample status
•Co-operates and communicates well with internal department of factory, suppliers, LO and adidas Head Office
