1. 專案領導與執行
• 帶領並推動跨部門專案(行銷、營運、客服、供應鏈)。
• 確保專案依時程完成並達到公司目標。
2. 溝通與協調
• 作為台灣總部代表,將決策與方向傳達給當地團隊。
• 協助串聯台灣、泰國、印尼等團隊,確保資訊一致。
3. 進度追蹤與彙報
• 設立專案里程碑,追蹤並整理進度。
• 定期向台灣總部提交簡明報告,凸顯重點與問題。
4. 問題解決與策略思考
• 能主動發現問題並提出解決方案。
• 協助台灣總部評估市場機會與營運改善方向。
5. 團隊驅動與協作
• 帶領並激勵當地團隊完成任務。
• 建立跨部門協作的責任感與執行力。
任職資格
• 本科或以上學歷(商管或相關科系佳)。
• 3–5 年以上 專案管理 / 營運管理 / 商務發展 經驗。
• 具備優秀的溝通與領導能力。
• 熟練使用 中文與英文(必要)。
• 具備 泰文 / 印尼文 能力者優先。
• 有 電商 / 消費性產品 行業經驗者佳。
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Execution
• Lead and drive cross-departmental projects across marketing, operations, customer service, and supply chain.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
2. Communication & Alignment
• Act as a direct representative of the CEO to communicate priorities and decisions to local teams.
• Facilitate smooth communication across Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia teams.
3. Progress Tracking & Reporting
• Set clear timelines and milestones.
• Regularly update the CEO with concise reports highlighting key progress and issues.
4. Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking
• Identify challenges early, propose actionable solutions, and ensure execution.
• Support in evaluating market opportunities and operational improvements.
5. Team Motivation & Coordination
• Guide local teams to complete tasks efficiently.
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership across departments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above (business, management, or related fields preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in project management, operations, or business development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese + English (required).
• Knowledge of Thai / Bahasa Indonesia (a strong plus).
• Experience in e-commerce / consumer products industry preferred.

Members of the Customer Service/ Client Services team would have strong communication and coordination skill sets that will be responding to external client inquiries about accounts, trading, and company related information. Additionally, to support company sales with timely case handling and escalations, including the ability to coordinate issues between different departments.
- Provide professional and friendly customer Support.
- Responding promptly to client’s inquiries. (primarily Live Chat, Emails and Voice call but other channels may be added later)
- Assist verification for new client’s registration in a timely manner
- Acknowledging and resolving client’s complaints within the agreed service level agreements
