【Job Overview】
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and monitor all recruitment and selection functions.
HR Recruiter's responsibilities include maintaining updated employee records and ensuring error free and seamless process while coordinating with concerned stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
【Main Responsibilities】
•Handling full life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitate offer process, post offer engagement) and independently facilitate timely delivery of complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
•Maintaining updated employee records related to full life cycle of HR services and ensuring error free and seamless process while coordinating with concerned stakeholders.
•Enabling employee relations, promoting engagement (employer branding initiative, employee engagement event), providing coaching and development program to HIPO, and supporting various global HR initiatives across the organization in compliance with TCS policies and procedures.
•Supporting any other duties or logistics requested by HR Manager.

1. Develop and maintain core backend systems to support key business functions.

Job content:
1. Java, RESTful APIs, JDBC/Hibernate/JPA, Messaging Technologies (MQ, JMS)
2. using one or more Relational & non-relational NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, MySql, Redis), SQL and PL/SQL
3. Spring Boot Framework, Microservice Architecture
4. CI/CD concepts and tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, etc.
5. Cloud Based technologies such as Azure, GCP or equivalent
Requirements:
1.Experience with Java in industry or academic environments
2.Knowledge of Oracle or MS Structured Query Language
3.Preferable with React UI or related UI frameworks (Angular)
4.Preferable with Azure Cloud Tools
5.Preferable with Web service development experience (RESTful)
6.Preferable with agile and DevOps tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, Junit (preferred)
7.Ability to understand complex business processes and how they relate to the systems supporting them
8.Ability to research problems, identify a root cause, and recommend and implement a solution
9.Aptitude for picking up technology quickly along with a desire to learn and progress
