Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

By cooperating with HQ for digital(automation) projects and combined with business group product demand planning to formulate strategies, processes and KPI management, and digital transformation improves the overall business group supply chain efficiency and achieves annual revenue contribution.

Report to business group SCM leader
Responsibilities of the role:
1. Responsible for Embedded Design in Platforms demand management
2. Assist in strategy formulation and process planning
3. Use data analysis or technology to drive decisions
4. Good communication and collaboration with cross-units
Qualifications:
- Work experience: Minimum 5 years in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields. At least 2 years of team management or leadership experience is preferred.
- Educational requirements: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines.
- Language requirements: Proficient in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Good at tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERP (SAP is strong advantage)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Supply chain (digital) project experience
2. Production and sales process planning experience
3. Ability to organize and deconstruct complex problems
4. External horizontal (cross-unit) communication skills
