1. Define product specifications that meet the needs of targeted customer and applications.

Responsible for technical assessment, requirements analysis, and feasibility studies of IC design projects, systematically converting customers' business and functional requirements into precise technical specifications and clear project scopes.

1. Requirements Analysis and IC Architecture Planning :
(1) Conduct in-depth technical discussions to understand customer business objectives and functional requirements.
(2)Key focus on requirements conversion and architecture planning.

Be a chip architecture planner to provide a competitive and valuable solution to sales and customers. This role will consolidate a project scope by achieving technology feasibility and competitiveness study, resource and schedule planning, cost break down for quotation.
Responsibility:
1. Pre-sale technical tasks and RFQ follow up.
2. Architecture planner to propose total solution of algorithm, design, IP, P&R, software, process, package, testing, yield and reliability with respect to application scenarios and RFQ.
3. Assessment to the feasibility, competitiveness and risk of proposed total solution.
4. Share solution knowledge base of historical projects within focused fields.
5. Connect and coordinate cross-departments with customers for solution proposal.
6. Project schedule planning and resource evaluation.
7. Cost break down for quotation proposal.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Product import project(Design In) and tracking until mass production.
• Collect & analyze market information to find possible business opportunities.
• Handling RFQ and proceeding with the quotation process.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance, and continuously improve sales strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer relationships, resolve client issues promptly, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare internal/external meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
The project manager will manage the project from design to production.
This role will be responsible for scope of work, schedule control, cost control, risk control, and follow up the entire project milestone and issues to ensure project's success. The position will be in charge of coordination among customers, vendors and internal departments.
Major Responsibility:
1.Project schedule planning in pre-sales stage and schedule control in post-sales stage.
2.Manage cross-functional groups both inside company and outside company to ensure project completed on schedule within budget.
3.Control project from multiple aspects in terms of issue tracking, risk, quality, scope, cost and schedule.
4.Ensure deliveries on schedule before mass production stage.
5.Coordinate with customer/vendors.
