As the Inside Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and serve as a player-coach-supporting your team’s performance while also collaborating with senior leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily team operations. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and who is passionate about developing early-career sales talent. Key Responsibilities ●       Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of six SDRs, providing ongoing feedback and structured development plans. ●       Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics (e.g., calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement. ●       Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows that maximize appointment setting and pipeline contribution. ●       Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure SDRs are equipped to succeed. ●       Reporting & Insights: Maintain clear reporting on team activities and outcomes.
