Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

SUSS MicroTec Taiwan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tool Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of tools used in our operations, ensuring availability, accuracy, and compliance with calibration and inventory standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, systematic, and capable of maintaining a high level of organization in a dynamic work environment.
Tasks:
- Tool Cabin Management:
- Handle check-in and check-out registration of tools
- Maintain 5S standards in the Tool Cabin
- Perform regular tool counting and inventory checks
- Inspect tool conditions and ensure proper storage
- Tool List Maintenance:
- Maintain and update Tool List, including tool numbers and labels
- Print and update tool identification labels
- Record tool consumption and generate related reports
- Calibration Management
- Coordinate tool calibration schedules and confirm completion
- Monitor tool calibration required dates and ensure timely calibration
- Tool Request Coordination:
- Support tool requisition process and approval flow
- Verify and receive tools delivered by vendors
- Organize tool storage and notify users for pick-up
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
