Efforts should be driven towards distributor management and business development on identified IO segments to enhance volume and improvement of unit GMVC. • Competition: 8 major international lubricants manufacturers, at least 40 other local lubricants manufacturers • Effort should be driven towards increase on customer numbers and product mix upsell of premium products to enhance volume and improve unit GMVC, in close partnership with Technical for prospect and leads conversion.
