Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business opportunities and establish sales channels for iCatch brand products (DVR, NVR, IPCAM).
2. Drive brand sales growth by introducing iCatch solutions into actual projects and businesses.
3. Lead product scope/schedule discussions with customers and frontline teams.
Suggest solutions for process improvements and address customer complaints effectively.
4. Work closely with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
Requirements:
1. University degree or above.
2. 5+ years of experience in international sales/business development in the security industry (DVR/NVR/IPCAM).
3. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in overseas markets.
4. Strong understanding of camera products and market trends.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
