【職務內容】 1.負責全台店鋪員工出勤管理，包含打卡紀錄、遲到早退、請假、加班、補休等日常作業。 2.追蹤差勤異常與打卡異動記錄，與店長/區經理聯繫確認，並及時更新系統資料。 3.每月彙整店鋪出勤紀錄，提供薪資計算依據，並處理與薪資部門對接的出勤數據。 4.定期稽核門市差勤與工時紀錄，確保符合勞基法及公司內部規定（例如：輪班休息間隔、加班時數限制等）。 5.協助新開店/門市重組時的系統設定。 6.協助維護差勤系統與App操作問題，回應店鋪使用者操作問題與提供教學資源。 7.製作與更新差勤相關SOP與Q&A手冊，協助提升店鋪管理效率。 8.支援年度人力稽核、勞動檢查或內部稽核出勤資料準備。 9.主管交辦其他行政或人資相關工作。 【資格】 ①具 1年以上零售業或連鎖體系差勤管理經驗。 ②熟悉勞基法、特休與假別規範，具備輪班與變形工時概念。 ③能操作差勤/排班系統，並具Excel彙整與資料處理能力。 ④主動細心、擅長溝通協調，能與多家店舖跨部門協作。
