本公司接案內容主要為各類工廠之監控系統如PLC/HMI/SCADA/儀表/網路設備/控制盤之安裝與配結線、動力系統如馬達/變頻器/智慧電錶/動力盤之安裝與配結線。 1. 機電及自動化工程專案管理。 2. 專案接案前場勘並協助業務包括人力，工期，可行性及成本評估。 3. 施工計畫擬定，施工圖面修改、繪製、檢討各系統整合。 4. 專案設備規與圖面資料送審及各項施工前、中、後查驗。 5. 專案施工與材料之請購、申請發包、計價及追加減作業。 6. 現場施工狀況之進度了解、掌控及品質管理。 7. 根據施工規範，進行現場監工以符合工程現場管理要求。 8. 製作施工日誌、驗收報告及其他業主要求之專案相關文書作業。 9. 與公司內部、業主、廠商溝通協調，如期如質如預算完成專案。 10. 參與公司內部定期會議並提交工作報告。 11. 完成其他主管交辦事項。 12. 具備甲種職業安全衛生業務主管證照尤佳。

Legal entity: SAFC Work Location: Kaohsiung We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer with experience in the specific BPCS & SIS platforms or vendors (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the process industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals. Proficiency in English is considered a plus. The role will be responsible of developing and maintaining Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS) and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) for manufacturing plant process control. Your Role: · System Design: Design, configure, and implement Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), PLC and SCADA for manufacturing plant process control. · Programming: Develop and maintain control logic using programming languages specific to BPCS/SIS, such as ladder logic, structured text, continuous function chart (CFC), sequential flow charts (SFC) and Safety Matrix · Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of BPCS/SIS/SCADA to ensure functionality and compliance with operational requirements. · Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to BPCS/SIS/SCADA, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. · Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BPCS/SIS/SCADA configurations, changes, and operational procedures. · Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including process engineers, instrumentation engineers, and Production Team to optimize system performance. Who You Are: · Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related engineering field. · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BPCS/SIS/SCADA design and implementation, preferably in process industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals. · Proficiency in control system design software and programming languages, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. · Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus. · Proficiency in English is considered a plus for effective communication. The Engineers must be familiar with all process instrument of various types (e.g. pressure, temperature, flow, level, vibration measurement and transmission systems), shutdown systems, Control systems (e.g DCS and PLC), Analyzers of various types, control and switching valves of various types and diagnostic tools. - The Engineers are to respond to any major occurrence of plant breakdown where control and instrumentation expertise is required, carry out prompt inspection, analyse the fault, repair and re-commission affected plant and equipment so as to assure the minimum loss of production. Prepare technical reports to maintain accurate documentations for issues, work progress, technical resolution, ARCA. Clear and effective communication to provide necessary information to other supporting functions to carry out their support responsibilities efficiently. Conduct CoNC root cause investigation and follow up action plans completion. In all circumstances, be able to recognize complexity of work and conduct and review specific JSA for major tasks.
