【Job Description】

【Industrial Design】 (60%)
• Lead end-to-end industrial design for appearance, CMF (color/material/finish), ergonomics, and HMI guidelines; deliver clear design specifications.
• Create concept and detailed 3D models (e.g., SolidWorks/Rhino/Fusion 360), perform assembly checks, and consider tolerances and DFM/DFA.
• Plan and manage prototyping and pilot builds; align with mechanical/hardware engineering and suppliers on surface treatment and color consistency.
• Maintain design assets and documentation: dimension drawings, exploded views, CMF boards, process sheets, and change control.
• Occasional domestic/overseas travel may be required.
【Graphic / Visual Design】 (30%)
• Produce visual assets for the website, e-commerce, marketing banners, presentation templates.
• Develop and maintain visual assets (icons, labels, packaging guidelines, documentation style).
• Coordinate with external design/illustration/art partners or vendors.
【Basic UI/UX】 (10%)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define overall experience and interface consistency (including buttons/LEDs/indicators and other HMI patterns); create prototypes when needed to validate interactions.
• Own UI planning and design deliverables for web and mobile app interfaces.

Position Summary:
Grow owned channel sales incl OLO(WEB) and APP(PKAPP) from CRO perspective which acquire customer-centric mind-set and skill-set of user flow design and data analysis.
【Strategy】
1. Annual CRO strategy to increase WEB(OLO) CV% and APP(PKAPP) usage%
- Discover customer needs and understand pain points by 1) Background Research, 2) Competitive Analysis, 3) Interview/Survey, 4) Brain-storming workshop, 5) Field study 6) Data analysis which may utilize GA4, fullstory or related tools.
- Set KPI for each initiative, set annual development calendar
- Project evaluation incl resource, ROI, and expected outcome.
- Collaborate with related parties incl. internal and external vendors.
2. Explore potential solutions to uplift post-purchase satisfaction incl order tracker, communication with rider, customer feedback flow design.
【Plan Execution/Project management】
1. Provide clear action proposal by project base.
2. Design flow chart and easy wireframe for cross-function communication and co-work.
3. Work closely with IT, designers, even outside vendors on UI frames, and prototype.
4. Formulate and conduct series of A/B testing to test different hypothesis to improve overall CRO and add-on rate

Mission:
Responsible for the development, design, and system integration of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) autonomous mobile robot product organization
Main task:
A. Outsourcing and preparing materials for customer-designed related mechanical parts and finding suitable commercially available components.
B. Mechanical parts/component design. (Familiar with processes such as plastic injection, sheet metal stamping, vacuum forming, CNC machining, rubber hot pressing, etc.)
C. Run the development process for each stage (DVT, PVT, MP), ensuring timely delivery of samples during the finished product stage.
D. Engineering Debug. (Including design issues and process issues)
E. Engineering document writing and development process system operation. (C flow, BOM, purchase order, outbound/inbound order, subcontracting results acceptance)
