本職位負責 Acer Store Marketplace 平台的商品選品與活動規劃，並執行福委、IPO 子公司及各部門活動所需物資的提案與採購。透過供應鏈協調與專案管理，有效提升平台營運效率、績效表現與內外部客戶的參與體驗。 This position is responsible for product selection and campaign planning on the Acer Store Marketplace, as well as proposing and procuring goods for activities organized by the Employee Welfare Committee, IPO subsidiaries, and internal departments. Through effective supply chain coordination and project management, the role aims to enhance platform operational efficiency, performance outcomes, and engagement experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. 主要工作職責 Key Responsibilities： 1. Marketplace 商品與活動規劃 -市場趨勢觀察與商品選品規劃 - 供應商陌生開發、合約簽署、商品上架與日常維運管理 - 洽談供應商活動及資源交換合作機會 - 規劃並執行平台促銷活動（如每月檔期、節慶專案等） - 協助處理商城平台操作問題與持續優化用戶體驗 - 營運並分析平台營運績效，持續優化策略以達成年度營運目標 - Conduct market research and plan product selection strategy - Develop new suppliers, handle contracts, manage product lifecycle and maintenance - Negotiate supplier-led campaigns and barter collaborations - Plan and execute monthly promotions and seasonal events on the platform - Manage backend issues and support platform optimization efforts - Manage and analyze platform performance metrics, continuously optimize to meet annual business targets 2. 福委 / IPO 子公司 / 各部門活動商品提案與採購 - 根據福委會、IPO 子公司或內部部門的活動需求，提供商品提案並執行採購流程 - 負責供應商協調與交期管理 - 主要活動類型包含：家庭日、登高大賽、久任員工表揚、親子日、大尾牙等 - 確保所有採購流程符合時程、預算與品質要求 - Propose and source products for event needs from the Welfare Committee, IPO subsidiaries, and cross-functional departments - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and service - Key events include: Family Day, Hiking Challenge, Long Service Recognition, Parent-Child Day, Annual Banquet, etc. - Ensure all procurement aligns with timeline, budget, and quality requirements

POSITION SUMMARY: 1. Source MRO and indirect materials, including equipment parts, tooling, PPE, office supplies, and services…. 2. Identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing. 3. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, production, etc. to understand requirements and service needs. 5. Follow sourcing process to identify and qualify suppliers, manage RFQs, RFPs and contract negotiations. 6. Monitor suppliers’ performance not only QCDS also their CSR activities align with Legrand CSR roadmap. 7. Ensure sourcing activities align with company policies, CSR goals, and regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Total cost control to fulfill corporate budget 2. Sourcing indirect suppliers and execute sourcing plan 3. Contract preview and secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and qualify new suppliers and manage supplier performance. 5. Ensures on-time delivery of purchased material and services. 6. Participate in corporate procurement initiatives. Performs other similar and related duties as required.
