1. Follow up on project goals, scope, and schedule.
2. Follow up on all customer requirements.
3. Manage the PDT meeting.
4. Monitor progress, resolve issues arise and provide progress reports to higher management.
5. Evaluate the entire process and get lessons learned.
6. Complete related document and gather feedback from customer or stakeholders for improvement.

【工作內容】
1. Build factory project teams and maintain constant communication with cross-functional teams to ensure proper operations, build activities and output quality deliverables
2. Coordinate with customer counterparts to align the requirements/demands for project team’s execution and feedback progress timely
3. Plan and Control project build expenses within budget, predefined and agreed with both internal and external customers.
4. Drive all build team members for closure/containment of issues and mitigation of risks to move on the path to production.
5. Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve build targets, control expenses, eliminate errors and deliver excellent customer service to meet customer’s satisfactions
6. Proactive pursue strategic and operational objectives and keep growing the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s goals
7. Track staffing requirements, hiring new team members as needed

1.RFI/RFQ process integration proposal based on product development.
2.New project fabrication process implementation and line setup to fulfill project milestones, trial run tasks, PPAP, and mass production requirements.
3.Drive and collaborate with manufacturer team to improve the Total quality yield rate to meet customer requirements.
4.Act as NPI lead to collaborate with cross team from project management ,development , quality management and manufacture team to deep dive in process top quality and field return issues clarication with corrective actions phase in accordingly.
