職責內容
1. 市場分析與策略規劃
o 進行產品市場定位分析,制定並執行有效的市場策略,提升產品競爭力。
2. 產品價格策略管理
o 制定產品的價格策略,確保市場競爭力並符合公司的收益目標。
3. 產品供需及庫存管理
o 監控產品供應與需求,進行庫存規劃與管理,包括R/F,確保穩定供貨。
4. 國內外原廠關係協作
o 與國內外供應商及原廠保持密切聯繫,爭取在地業務推廣和行銷活動支援,並維持良好的合作關係。
5. 銷售端支援:
o 協助業務團隊提供產品資訊和行銷文宣等,並每月參與客戶joint-call,進行產品demo並收集市場資訊。
6. 行銷活動規劃
o 根據公司每年度行銷活動規劃,例如研討會、產品推廣會及其他行銷活動,規劃並執行品牌相關之線上線下行銷活動,以提升品牌知名度。

Responsibilities
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Planning
o Conduct product market positioning analysis, develop and implement effective market strategies to enhance product competitiveness.
2. Product Pricing Strategy Management
o Develop and optimize product pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness while meeting the company’s revenue goals.
3. Product Supply and Inventory Management
o Monitor product supply and demand, plan and manage inventory (including R/F analysis) to ensure stable product availability.
4. Collaboration with Domestic and International Suppliers
o Maintain close communication with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers, secure support for local business promotion and marketing activities, and foster strong partnerships.
5. Sales Support
o Assist the sales team with product information and marketing materials, participate in monthly joint calls with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and gather market insights.
6. Marketing Activity Planning
o Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities aligned with the company’s annual marketing plan, including seminars, product promotion events, trade fair exhibitions, and other campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
