The role: 跨界溝通.內容策展.影響產業趨勢 你將成為SEMI 技術論壇與產業委員會的推手,串聯半導體供應鏈的關鍵人物,打造高品質的產業交流平台。這個角色不只是執行,更是「內容的策展人」與「對話的設計者」。 你會與來自晶圓代工、封裝測試、IC設計、材料設備等領域的企業高層密切合作,從年度議題設定、論壇內容規劃,到現場活動執行,全面參與、主導專案推進。我們希望你能將會議變成一場有深度、有溫度、有產業影響力的交流場域。 同時,你也將作為SEMI與會員企業之間的關鍵橋梁,不只是提供服務,而是與這些科技領袖共創價值,提升SEMI作為全球半導體平台的能見度與信任感。 Core Responsibilities|你將負責的工作 【產業委員會經營與跨界溝通】 1.與團隊協作,建立並維繫SEMI技術委員會的運作,將關鍵產業意見領袖聚集在SEMI平 台,共同探索最新技術趨勢與產業挑戰。 2.成為委員會與產業之間的橋樑,深入理解委員關注議題,協助共創有影響力的年度論壇 規劃。 3.同時推動多個委員會專案,進行時程規劃與進度控管,確保專案如期達成。 【論壇內容策展與講者邀請】 1.與委員會成員共同設定年度技術論壇的主題與方向,並根據產業趨勢設計有深度、具前 瞻性的議程。 2.主動邀約產業意見領袖擔任講者,為論壇注入高品質觀點,強化論壇影響力。 【贊助提案與關係經營】 1.與團隊合作達成年度贊助目標,發掘潛在合作夥伴,撰寫提案並進行提案簡報。 2.依據不同廠商需求,設計多元贊助方案,提升贊助商滿意度與長期合作意願。 【論壇推廣與品牌曝光】 1.與行銷團隊緊密合作,規劃論壇宣傳策略、撰寫宣傳文案,提升活動曝光度與報名轉換率。 2.主動將最新活動資訊提供給委員會與相關夥伴,打造開放、即時、互動的溝通機制。 【會員關係維護與體驗優化】 1.主持委員會線上/實體會議,掌握委員互動節奏與內容品質。 2.透過論壇規劃與執行,持續優化委員會參與體驗,強化SEMI會員的價值感與歸屬感。 3.深入了解不同委員會的技術關注點,回應其需求,並設計有感的活動與服務。
