The right fit for this role will own maintaining and evolving a business model geared to capture and grow sales in conjunction with other sales leaders, be responsible for the execution of a team of Used Car Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales metrics (Advisors’ response times to inquiries, gross sales, reducing cancellations, customer experience survey results, etc)
- Collaborate with other used car team business leaders to achieve industry leading customer loyalty results
- Work cross-functionality with the other organizations within Tesla (retail stores, field delivery, document, trade-in, auto finance teams) to best establish workflows and ensure these workflows are the best available
- Participate in testing of new, updated and innovative processes
- Partner closely with the delivery team lead for used vehicles to optimize the end-to-end customer journey from order to delivery day
- Communicate data-based performance metrics in team meetings and as needed by the business
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations as needed

technical support and roadside assistance related inquiry in a 7*24*365
environment
• Educate our owners so they have optimal confidence in the operation of their vehicle
• Provide workable technical solutions in a professional manner, exceed customer expectation, ensure every aspect of ownership is a true pleasure
• Communicate or escalate owner's concern to relevant parties for further follow up whenever necessary
• Accurately record issues and data into CRM/ Vehicle Support Systems

1. Manage customer data systems (Salesforce) and various CRM platforms, conduct regular data analysis, and track performance metrics.
2. Develop CRM strategies, plan and execute CRM projects and customer marketing campaigns.
3. Manage the official LINE account, plan interactive and push notification content.
4. Plan and manage dealer marketing activities, establish brand identity guidelines and event modules, and review dealer communication materials.
5. Execute the MINI owners loyalty program.

About the Role
Provides essential administrative support to the CFO, ensuring efficient operation of the finance department and facilitating effective communication and coordination within the department.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Efficiently manage the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and other commitments.
2. Act as a primary point of contact, internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
3. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy.
4. Responsible in overseeing team building activities annually.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and workshops.
6. Handle the detailed planning of travel arrangements, including airfare, accommodations, and ground transportation.
7. Manage expense claims and ensure they align with CFO’s professional commitments.
8. Manage expense reports and expense claims on a need basis.
9. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, reflecting the image and values of the corporation.
10. Exercise discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial data and confidential communications.
11. Ensure reports are submitted on time in preparation for board meetings with HQ.
12. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for financial department needs.
