協助團隊快速解決客戶技術挑戰,提供即時且高品質解決方案。
作為客戶的技術顧問,推動最佳應用實踐,強化合作關係與黏著度。
Support the team in resolving customer challenges, delivering timely and high-quality solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure optimal product adoption and strengthen long-term partnerships.
3. 售後服務與客訴管理 / After-sales Service & Issue Management
建立標準化服務流程,確保卓越的客戶體驗。
主導客訴處理與持續改善,推動以客戶為中心的服務文化。
