YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Sales experience in Building Management System field is highly preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You are responsibilities for:
- Develop potential customers and expand the market to achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling assigned products and services.
- Regularly visit distributor dealers and engage with stakeholders in partner organizations to strengthen relationships and foster trust and collaboration.
- Initiate contact with potential partners, introduce the organization's offerings, and evaluate their interest in collaboration.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that outline sales goals, marketing activities, and resource allocation, while adhering to legal and ethical practices.
- Assist in analyzing partner performance data and trends to support decision-making.
- Monitor partner performance against targets, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies and recommendations for partners.
- Promote business initiatives and communicate key company updates, activities, and products.
- Share information about the organization’s products, services, promotions, and configurations with partners.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
