Identify, develop, and execute a portfolio of projects to deliver;
1. Technology into the Service Technology Centre network to advance the manufacturing capabilities and improving the STC operational KPIs.
2. Ensuring the technology achieves PPAP Level A and MCRL 8 by working alongside the specialists, STC manufacturing engineer and operational zone leaders.
3. Ensure you stay up to date with the latest manufacturing and digital technologies as this will enable you to be successful when communicating with specialists and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to development of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Under direction of senior manufacturing engineers develop concepts, produce designs, obtain quotes, produce project schedules, and perform safety assessments.
2. Support execution of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Engage with suppliers and contractors to safely deliver project deliverables on schedule and on budget. Contribute to internal project meetings, spend and schedule tracking, engineering management reports, and post-project reviews and effectiveness measurement.
3. Support execution of portfolio of continuous improvement projects (CIP), consisting of;
a. projects proactively generated by engineering team through application of their knowledge and expertise and application of tools such as digital twin, complex factory simulations, manufacturing systems, and IT integration.
b. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both manufacturing and digital technology teams ensuring the requirements are robust, resource plans in place, and local supply chains / vendors are onboarded, all to ensure the successful introduction of future manufacturing and digital technologies.
4. Contribute to regular priority alignment and performance reviews with regional the STC operational teams and Innovation teams
5. Understand and validate the benefits of future technologies against the business case and agree with the business controller how they are seen within the STC balance sheet.
6. Implement internal directives, such as Service Information Bulletins, issued by global teams to address quality or operational issues
7. Support Vacuum Technique Production System (VTPS) and ensure future technologies align to its principles.
8. Operate the STC Permit, and Engineering Change applications for submission to internal change control council on behalf on the innovation team.
9. Execute program of engineering audits to ensure deviations from published standards are identified and addressed.
10. Manage own continuous development through application of structured planning & review process and identification/attendance of appropriate training programs.

【The Role】
◇ Provide professional technical support in resolving product non conformities or application problems with our customers.
◇ Diagnose and resolve problems with regional team and Product company. Escalating problems where necessary to more experienced staff.
◇ Provide problem definition by collecting data through technicians on site potentially supported by direct onsite reviews.

To succeed, you will need:
Skills and experience
-Experience in field service activities also familiar product knowledge.
-Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
-Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
-Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
-Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics will be required.
-Key competence required for the role.
-Soft skill is required for team leading and communications.
-Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers.
-A good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.

【Main Responsibilities】
1. Manage to review the safety stock fill-rate on Hub WIP held rate/Satellite (or On-Site) and interface with related team in Taiwan.
2. Manage the resizing process with Hub/FS regularly to optimize the stock level.
3. Manage the surplus service stock and plan to review and reduce to improve the stock healthy rate continuously
4. Monitor daily inventory transaction and keep improving the PI counting stock accuracy.
5. Manage the Service stock to fulfil the service demand and support service business.
6. Monitor materials' delivery schedule and expediting if needed.
7. Manage the provision value to control the old or damaged stock.
8. To control inventory levels in line with budget to meet the objectives of the business and offer a high level of service and availability to internal and external customers.
9. To maintain and control for surplus stock and aged spare parts.
10. To confirm and push the date of delivery for purchasing parts for the requestors.
11. Respond appropriately to all incoming spares enquiries.
12. Maintain inventory records and usage trends for production and financial use.
13. Manage day-to-day activity in the storage, issuance and cycle counting of materials to maintain the integrity of inventory levels necessary to ensure parts availability and production flow.
14. Direct personnel in the shipping and receiving function to ensure accurate receipt of material into stores and timely product shipment to customers.
15. Notify the Supply Chain Manager immediately of an accident or incident & implements corrective/preventative actions.
16. To supervise and direct inventory checks and stock counts in line with local and company financial regulations and practices.
