- Meet assigned strategic account OI and sales quota.
- Represent the whole spectrum of the business’s products and services to assigned accounts.
- Engage, expand and maintain relationships with relationships with assigned accounts.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Manage and close sales opportunities discovered as a result of account initiatives through collaborations with internal and external resources.
- Work with Application Engineering team / channel partners to assist customers to solve product technical issues.
- Develop branding awareness in accounts.
You will be responsible for:
1. Drive distribution/visibility of portfolios and optimize contracted coverage.
2. Execute by region/channel business plans with customer and consumer focus.
3. Effective implementation of consumer/trade programs to ensure brand-building objectives as well as sales drivers’ execution.
4. Build up sustainable relationship with customers and distributors.
5. Demonstrate tangible sales fundamentals to ensure in-store winning.
6. Collect and generate prompt market data to be of good quality at all times. This including reports, competitor feedback and other required market information to drive insights.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Sales experience within a consumer goods company, while exposure to liquor stores is a plus.
2. Top notch sales execution, while ’First level’ structured sales training is plus.
3. Proven record of deliver sales result under volatile environment.
4. Experience in whiskey& sprits category is a plus.
