As a Tesla Advisor Enterprise Sales, you will support your clients from the moment they place orders to the team, Enterprise sales, to learn about Tesla through to their delivery day experience. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative buying and delivery experience.
Responsibilities
• Create a new pipeline from accounts and close deals as a main responsibility. Act as primary point of contact for fleet management, corporate clients, short-term/long-term rental and mobility industry like taxi
• Stimulate the demand by visiting and informing clients in regards to Tesla’s fleet proposition. Organize test drives for potential company car drivers at the workplace or at Tesla location if required.
• Consistent and continued usage of the CRM system, to log appointments, calls, test drives, contacts and meeting notes. Maintain a suite of accurate reports.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes and business finance solutions. Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI’s.
• Proficient in Sales and Delivery Operations able to execute and consistently deliver a strong client experience with little to no guidance
• Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle & installation process, as well as continued support throughout ownership
• Be the primary contact point for all client interactions throughout their purchase experience
• Responsible to contact client and collect government subsidy documents and complete government subsidy application process
• Manage own delivery pipeline and ensure vehicle registration process to complete by collect necessary documents on time
• Educate clients on all details of the purchase and delivery journey from initial contact through to delivery day.
• Ensure vehicles readiness in preparation for the actual delivery day
• Execute customer trade-ins and documents on delivery day
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

• 教育客戶從初次接觸到交車當天的所有購車和交付過程的細節。
• 確保車輛在實際交車日前準備就緒。
• 在交車當天執行客戶的舊車置換及相關文件工作。
