Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Summary/Objective
QMS: Implement the ISO quality system and procedure in the TDC plant to achieve the quality OD% and DPPM targets set up by corporate.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Working with management team to develop quality VMOST strategic plan and set up annual goals. Build strong implementation plan and monitor to ensure quality target achieving and sustain.
2.Provides guidance and training to staff, assists subordinates in attaining career goals, motivates individuals to achieve results, and recruits and maintains a high-quality staff.
3. Applies sound, systematic problem-solving and preventive methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving internal and external quality issues.
4. Maintains ISO9001 program and quality assurance procedures to ensure customer requirements are satisfied throughout the TDC facility and at our suppliers.
5. Lead all Quality in-house professional audits, coordinate customers/independent audits and oversees or performs audits to suppliers per the schedule
6.Assure compliance to requirements and optimization of process capabilities to ensure product quality, customer service, and cost effectiveness.
7. Control nonconformance both externally and internally. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actions as needed in the QP system.
8. Using the QP data system to analyze manufacturing quality data and lead problem-solving activities.
9. Implement SPC and capability studies in the ITS system for process quality control .
10.Leading the TDC Quality team to reduce customer complaints, customer returned values and quality cost.
11. Proactive investigates, identifies, and implements quality procedures and work instructions;
12. Work with the management team to develop and setting up annual EMS objectives/targets and program to ensure the environment target achiving ans sustain.

Molex is seeking an SQE Engineer to join our RF Taiwan plant, in this role the successful candidate will be part of a QA engineering team, contributing to the development of suppliers and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for Supplier Management and creating and maintaining SAP data, estimating new supplier audit and implementing supplier score card, estimating supplier inspection results and planning standard inspection plan with supplier.

What You Will Do
1. Supplier Development & Qualification • Evaluate and audit new suppliers’ quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) • Lead supplier audits to ensure capability to meet company quality standards • Assist suppliers with initial sample submissions (e.g., PPAP, FAI) and approval processes
2. Supplier Quality Management • Define and improve supplier inspection standards and procedures to meet Molex requested. • Handle supplier quality issues (e.g., defective parts, returns) using tools like 8D reports and RCCA (Root Cause &Corrective Action) • Follow up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness
3. Continuous Improvement & Performance Evaluation • Establish and maintain supplier quality performance metrics (e.g., PPM, on-time delivery, audit scores) • Periodically review and assess supplier performance to drive continuous improvement • Lead quality improvement initiatives with suppliers (e.g., scrap reduction, yield enhancement)
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure quality planning during early development stages for supplier side (e.g., APQP)
5. Documentation & System Management • Assistance to develop and maintain supplier quality documentation such as specifications, inspection procedures, and standards. • Apply and maintain compliance with quality management systems like ISO and IATF standards.
