We are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our Overseas Sales Operation Department at HQ.
This role serves as a vital bridge between our EU office and headquarter, ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Coordination
• Monitor and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.
• Oversee and manage front-end sales operations including frame orders, loan units, credit management, and sales returns.
2. Cross-Regional Business Support
• Act as a liaison between the EU office and HQ to support projects, handle customization requests, and manage product lifecycle activities such as PCN and EOL.
• Work closely with PMs to gather product-related information and support the sales front in improving operational efficiency.
3. Client Engagement & Representation
• Represent the European sales team in HQ meetings with clients.
• Confidently present the company and engage in direct communication with key customers.
Requirements
1. Fluent English communication skills are essential (TOEIC score of 850+ or equivalent proficiency).
2. Strong strategic thinking and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across cultures and departments.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and follow-through.

(4) 具handle ODM tier-1 account fulfillment 工作經驗尤佳。
(1) Demand management and supply coordination: End-to-end management from order receipt to successful delivery to the customer, covering order intake, inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Coordinate across supply chain functions and communicate with customers to understand reasons for lead-time changes and potential risks, work with relevant factory departments on solutions, and ensure supply-demand balance to meet customer delivery targets.
(2) Data and reporting analysis skills: Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly management reports for orders/materials/production/shipments. Proficient in basic tools such as Excel (data processing, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI, Power Query, and SAP.
(3) Customer meetings: Participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings with customers to report material and production status and issues, and to discuss customer demand and other related requirements.
(4) Experience: Experience handling ODM Tier-1 account fulfillment is a strong plus.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Teamwork and relationship-building expertise.
4. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the computer peripherals market is a plus.
