We are looking for a Server NPI Project Manager based in NVIDIA Hsinchu Office to support specifically on Server New Product Introduction builds and development in foreseen business growth in Taiwan.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for engineering pull request and purchase order issuing
· Help with SAP system transaction for PBR execution
· Route tickets for movement of NPI units to coordinate shipment changes and communicate potential risks.
· Support resolution of excess material positions after each NPI build and prior to volume production release.
· Coordinate and assist with regularly scheduled meetings for CM KPI review
· Help with internal process improvements and SOP documentation
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3 ~5+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
· Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
· Familiarity with creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation.

MaxLinear is seeking a Sr. Manager of Marketing to lead revenue growth and build strong customer relationships across Asia. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in customer and revenue management within a complex technology organization. As this position covers the Asia region, approximately 33% travel is expected.
In this role, you will focus on the following:
• Serve as the regional marketing driving CSB (Connectivity & Storage BU) revenue in all of Asia – Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea and India.
• Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing to maximize the market share of Ethernet, Storage, Wi-Fi, MoCA and G.hn products
• Work with local sales and channel partners to drive opportunity funnel targets to ensure long-term revenue growth targets are achieved
• Gain a keen understanding of future needs of strategic customers, applications and grow key decision-making relationships
• Partner with corporate marketing to create/define new product definitions and roadmaps fits Asia need
• Work with Applications Engineering and Marcom to generate the tools and documentation needed to maximize the value and impact of our leading-edge products
• Assist in training the local sales team on products to help execute product line strategies in the region
• Drive efforts for design wins and forecast revenue associated
