1. Plan and configure energy storage systems for various application scenarios, including: A. High-voltage battery packs and related components B. PCS, DC/DC converters, and high-voltage distribution equipment C. High-voltage safety and protection devices, such as contactors, fuses, and circuit breakers D. Thermal management solutions for optimal system performance.
2. Select and validate key components (e.g., PCS, DC/DC converters, switchgear, protection devices, and cable specifications) based on project requirements and grid codes.
3. Create and review wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams to ensure compliance with power system standards and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure compatibility and communication between EMS, BMS, PCS, and DCDC using protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and Ethernet.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for power grid integration, including grid codes and EMI/EMC regulations.
6. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting, including system commissioning, grid-connection testing, and functional verification.
7. Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, planning reports, and installation manuals, and assist with project acceptance testing.
1. Test Planning and Execution: Design and execute validation plans for battery systems, including performance, safety, and environmental tests.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with regulations (e.g., UN38.3, IEC 62619, UL). Collaborate with certification bodies.
3. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain testing equipment (e.g., chargers, environmental chambers, vibration testers).
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test data, generate reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
5. Customer Communication: Explain test conditions, results, and technical details to customers. Align validation plans with customer requirements.

1. Strong knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and
computational fluid dynamics simulations.
2. Experience with liquid cooled and air-cooled design.
3. Validate and test the cooling system, and establish a database for subsequent
system use.
4. Develop thermal systems with associated structures, mechanisms, and
instrumentation elements to solve customer challenges, and see these elements
through build, test, integration, and operation.
5. Perform trades within the mechanical and thermal systems to provide
performance and system resource balance.
6. Design cooling system for battery system to ensure battery is developed with
appropriate requirements, interfaces, and interactions to achieve specific
performance targets.
